Meet Jaclyn Regis,

My name is Jaclyn, and I am so glad you are here. Before we begin our Wild Ayurveda journey together, I would like to introduce myself.

Growing up in a health-centric family, I learned that the most important things in life are to be kind, truthful, and to stay healthy. These qualities have shaped my path ever since.

Over many years, diets, illnesses, and lifestyle adventures, my journey ultimately led me to the transformative powers of Ayurveda.

I am an accredited Ayurvedic practitioner and educator, holding a Master’s of Science in Ayurveda from Bastyr University - I consider myself a lifelong student of plant medicine. My personal approach blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with Western herbalism, Yoga, and mindful awareness.

Integrating practical exercises and intentional self-care, Wild Ayurveda empowers us to bridge the gap between mind and body to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges causing imbalance within.

By recognizing and honoring our unique, individual needs, we gently bring ourselves back into natural alignment, grounding this personal journey in healing, peace, and connection in a stressed-out, disconnected world.

My hope in sharing this knowledge is to encourage, guide, and empower you to live a healthier, more meaningful, enriched life.

These practices have brought harmony and balance to my life as a nurturing mother, a dedicated wife, a passionate educator, a practitioner of the healing arts, and an active explorer of my home in the Pacific Northwest. And I am honored to embark on this beautiful journey with you.
